Story by Maureen Fox, TransWeb volunteer reporter
The Coolibah Fitness Centre hosted the squash venue at the XIth World Transplant Games on Thursday, October 2, 1997. The Collibah Complex is extremely well laid out and management of the 14 courts is under Mr. Frank Mitrovich.  Thirty-five individuals (26 men and 9 women) from 12 different countries competed in a tighly fought competition for medals.

As with all venues, new friendships were made, and old acquaintances renewed.  It was a good day to be alive.
